A Friday chocolate fix. . . . Fudgy, gooey Ghirardelli brownie mix with 1 teaspoon of instant espresso powder added.

    Yum! They look just the right blend between moistness of the middle and a little crunchy crust on the top!

    And see, I chocolatize them even more by throwing in a handful of Ghiradelli choco chips into the batter before pouring into the pan. It makes me pretty happy.

    That’s my fave brownie mix too! Try it with a teaspoon of cinnamon added…it adds such a nice depth!
