		<description>I'm also a big fan of both the picot bind-off and picot cast-on (same priciple--cast-on 5, bindo off 2, cast-on 5....).  I've never done the fold down bind off picot either.  I just looks like too much trouble especially for a sock.</description>

I did go through Lolly's tutorial, and it seemed like many of them would be fine on a cuff-down sock, but when doing toe-up (my preferred method) that stretchy bind off is a must.  I stuck with my tried-and-true EZ sewn bind off for the last pair.</description>
