Funny, I think my answers to this would be vastly different — if not opposite, where applicable — from yours, but I still suspect we’d get along very well. Perhaps we will test this theory when we meet. Did you already tell me where, exactly, your office is in NYC? (This would help me plan for when I’m next in the city for work.)

Midnight blue was always my favorite crayon too–partly because of the name, but also because it was one of the, I don’t know, clearer crayons? like it had more of a stainedglass effect than a solid waxiness? I have no idea if that even makes sense. But I am in full solidarity on the midnight bue, and also the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which I love more than an adult really should.

i can be competitive but since i rarely win, it’s a bit of a downer for me ;)

i like your list of favorite sounds. my aunt and uncle had a restaurant in new york and i used to like the sound of heavy bar glasses on the zinc bar they had.

well i still like the sound. but i don’t get to sit at a bar with my uncle setting up for the evening when the restaurant is still quiet.

I’ve written a comment three times and keep losing it because of security code errors (error is between keyboard and screen). SO here it is in point form to save time:
1. you should be proud of being competitive as it provides good motivation and determination
2. it’s probably gotten you really far in life
3. and also made you kick ass on the sunrise circle knitalong.
