This is just a guess, but I think the reason your old belts might not be fitting is because pants are fitting lower these days and hips tend to be wider than waists. I’ve experienced this phenomenon myself and I’ve had to get some new belts.

I second Laura’s suggestion. Though new belts are always thrilling too. :)

Happy almost birthday. I find that I’m taken by surprise by the approach of my birthday more and more each year.

Will you be turning 28? 28 is a perfect number, you know (an integer that is the sum of its proper positive divisors, excluding itself). Isn’t that exciting???? Your last one was 6 and your next one will be 496, so enjoy! (Though when you’re 29 you’ll be prime. Oh god I’m a geek.)
